Employment Aptitude Test

This is the single most accurate predictor of job performance. 

Assesses qualities that are critical to almost all mid- and higher-level jobs. These capabilities include:

  • Problem-solving

  • Critical thinking

  • Attention to detail

  • The ability to learn, digest, and apply new information

Candidates who score well on employment aptitude tests are more likely to successfully complete training, better equipped to adapt and evolve and learn new skills in fast-changing work environments, and tend to be better decision-makers. It should come as no surprise, then, that research shows that cognitive aptitude tests are twice as predictive as job interviews, three times as predictive as experience, and four times as predictive as education level.
