The National Emerging Leaders Programme is designed to develop leadership focused on improving student learning outcomes in schools.

NELP is facilitated by a team of several experienced kaiarahi who are all current or former principals, including Marshall Diggs, Roger Moses and Pauline Cowens, Dave Randell and Ally Gibbons.

Reading [FISH] can be purchased through Growth Culture at PLG1, sourced yourself or issued from the library.

 

NELP21 is currently not a Ministry of Education funded project although Growth Culture is a distinguished Ministry of Education Professional Learning and Development provider.

Participants who graduate from the National Emergng Leaders Programme (NELP 21) receive Growth Culture accreditation (GC501) and the National Emerging Leaders Programme certification.
