The Executive NLP is designed to develop leadership focused on improving leadership capacity, cultural competency and student learning outcomes in schools. Executive NLP is facilitated by a team of several experienced Kaiarahi who are all current or former principals, spearheaded by Roger Moses and Marshall Diggs.

Delegates are connected with and have opportunities to network and rub brains with like-minded colleagues in a peer-to-peer tuakana relationship. These networks are organic yet specifically aligned to support the individual needs, challenges, contexts and next steps of each delegate.

Professional Readings

Readings are provided by Growth Culture at PLG1. In addition one book specifically relating to your schools goals/targets is also required.

ExLP is currently not a Ministry of Education funded project although Growth Culture is a distinguished Ministry of Education Professional Learning and Development provider.

Participants who graduate from the National Executive Leaders Programme (ExLP) receive Growth Culture accreditation (GC501) and the National Executive Leaders Programme certification.
