The Executive NLP is designed to develop leadership focused on improving leadership capacity, cultural competency and student learning outcomes in schools. Executive NLP is facilitated by a team of several experienced kaiārahi who are all current or former principals, spearheaded by Roger Moses, Grant Lander and Marshall Diggs.
The programme also includes:
2x PLG Retreats
May, Tauranga: Leading Excellence
August, Queenstown: Leading Culture
1x In-School Research Project
2x Discussion Papers
Leading Self: Time to Lead
This program includes a unique opportunity to study with experienced colleagues from across the Aotearoa, building lasting connections with other executive principals who share similar challenges and support each other during and beyond the program experience.
Delegates are connected with and have opportunities to network and rub brains with like-minded colleagues in a peer-to-peer tuakana relationship. These networks are organic yet specifically aligned to support the individual needs, challenges, contexts and next steps of each delegate.
