The National Aspiring Leaders Programme is designed to develop leadership focused on improving student learning outcomes in schools.

NALP is facilitated by a team of several experienced kaiarahi who are all current or former principals, including Marshall Diggs, Roger Moses and Pauline Cowens.

The programme also includes:

Regional PLG Workshops

 - PLG1 (in Term One): Auckland

 - PLG2 (in Term Two): Christchurch

 - PLG3 (in Term Three): Online Streaming

 - PLG4 (in Term Four): Wellington (plus live streaming option)

E-Modules

Interpersonal + Leadership + Professional

Delivered as a 4 korero per term on our personalised forum which provides an on-going NALP professional learning community

Mentoring Sessions
  • 2 x Face to face mentoring sessions from one of the NALP Kaiarahi

Books can be purchased through Growth Culture at PLG1, sourced yourself or issued from the library

NALP21 is currently not a Ministry of Education funded project although Growth Culture is a distinguished Ministry of Education Professional Learning and Development provider.

Participants who graduate from the National Aspiring Leaders Programme (NALP 21) receive Growth Culture accreditation (GC701) and the National Aspiring Leaders Programme certification.
