The National Aspiring Leaders Programme is designed to develop leadership focused on improving student learning outcomes in schools.
Aspiring NLP is facilitated by a team of several experienced kaiarahi who are all current or former principals, including Marshall Diggs, Dave Randell, Ally Gibbons, Tim Oughton and Pauline Cowens.

- PLG1 (in Term One): Auckland
- PLG2 (in Term Two): Virtual
- PLG3 (in Term Three): Christchurch
- PLG4 (in Term Four): Wellington (or virtual option)

Delivered as a 4 korero per term on our personalised forum which provides an on-going Aspiring NLP professional learning community

Books can be purchased through Growth Culture at PLG1, sourced yourself or issued from the library
Aspiring NLP is currently not a Ministry of Education funded project although Growth Culture is a distinguished Ministry of Education Professional Learning and Development provider.
Participants who graduate from the Aspiring National Leaders Programme receive Growth Culture accreditation (GC701) and the Aspiring National Leaders Programme certification.
