Quite often at PD sessions, you can feel as though the speaker is just quoting a script they have memorised, and there can be no life to that. Today was the opposite. I felt the realness. I felt the sincerity. I felt the heart. I left with genuine love for the work that we do. It was so refreshing to be able to go away feeling proud of my career.
